An eligible trial lasts 30 days and can be used only once per customer. A previous trial remains used after an upgrade, cancellation, or refund. Single Event is a one-time purchase; Casual, Business, and Agency renew monthly until cancelled. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.

When sign-ups open, trial activation will follow email verification and eligibility checks. Paid account setup will lead to Stripe Checkout. A paid workspace activates after Hostezly verifies the payment event. Read the Terms & billing conditions, including the 48-hour refund condition.
