WHY HOSTEZLY

Still checking in guests with a spreadsheet or paper list?

One guest gives their name. Your team searches through pages. A queue starts to form, and the welcome becomes a wait.

A BETTER FIRST IMPRESSION

Make arrival feel like a welcome, not a bottleneck.

We built Hostezly for small organisations and event teams that need an easier way to invite guests and know who has arrived. Whether you are hosting a networking event, seminar, workshop, forum or another gathering that calls for guest attendance, bring your list into one event workspace, share individual RSVP links and give confirmed guests personal QR admission passes.

At the door, assigned staff can scan passes with a camera-equipped phone. If a guest needs help, the team can use the guest list; an optional event-site QR code lets guests look up their pass. Where enabled, walk-in requests can be reviewed before admission.
